This unique five acre tract of land in West Greeley, Colorado was the setting for a shop pad cut from the terrain to accommodate its large footprint measuring 40′ x 60′ (or 2,400 square feet). The driveway leading up to the pad was also cut-in for 3/4″ clear creek rock as a final touch.
