A scenic mountain property outside Lyons, Colorado was the setting for this 36′ x 24′ garage pad. Concrete footers were demolished and hauled off site prior to clearing and grading the 864 square feet pad area. Two trips to the landfill were required to haul away the footers and other debris, totaling 22,000 pounds of waste material. SMR Services arranged for 60 tons of clean fill to be delivered to the site in four loads via tandem tractor trailers.
